AUGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

so, yesterday, i accidentally ran out of my thyroid meds and had to skip a dose. i went to pick them up yesterday afternoon and i thought that i was all in the clear. 

i weighed myself this morning and i gained FOUR POUNDS IN ONE NIGHT. while on a diet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
